IOF Gathering & Awarding Night – Grand Ballroom Setup

This project documents the event setup for an Indonesia Off‑Road Federation (IOF) gathering and awarding night held in a grand ballroom with classic interior details. Round tables with full tablecloths and banquet chairs were arranged to accommodate a large number of participants, ensuring clear sightlines toward the stage and presentation area. Table settings, lighting, and circulation were planned to support formal speeches, presentations, and social interaction while maintaining a comfortable and elegant atmosphere for the guests.
