This project presents an illuminated indoor feature wall showcasing the “Brilian Way” corporate values in a modern and engaging format. A large script logo reading “Brilian Way” is mounted above a softly glowing panel that highlights five key values: Integrity, Collaborative, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Growth Mindset. Rounded shapes, iconography, and integrated LED lighting create a clean, contemporary look that makes the value statements stand out in the lobby area and encourages employees to internalize them.
